Many people think that eating a lot of food makes them healthy. However, the fact is that most of the food goes to waste. You simply need a little amount of food. If you feel very hungry consider taking little portions of food at different times.

Also, you can start your exercises small. You do not have to begin by diving rigorous exercises as you may not be able to. Start by keeping away your car and walking most of the time. Also, you can avoid using the elevator at work instead use the stairs.
