What's the first thing that all of us look for immediately after we wake up? Of course, a great cup of our favorite morning cuppa to get the day started. People mostly prefer Tea (with or without milk), or a hot cup of Espresso. But now a days, as people are becoming more and more fitness conscious, Green tea is gaining a lot of popularity. There are some reasons that make it such a popular drink to start off the day.
